As oil prices declined by more than 10% recently, some news agencies reported that OPEC+ is discussing the possibility of delaying the unwinding of production cuts that were scheduled to start on October 1. Some analysts predicted that OPEC+ will delay production increases.

There are serious problems with these reports.
