Is Natural Gas Production Peaking?

There are signs that US Lower 48 natural gas production peaked for the year.

First, daily production volumes so far this month are averaging closer to 100.5 Bcf/d and down from the 101.7 Bcf/d average we saw last month.

Second, rig counts have steeply fallen in US natural gas basins over the past few weeks.
