Natural Gas Market Tightness Shrinks
Following the Freeport LNG facility going down, Henry Hub hasn't been the same. And as we've explained many times in these NGFs, the US gas market went from a one-sided bet to the upside to a mediocre one. To throw in a more unknown variable going forward, mother nature now has a major say on where prices are headed. If the weather is bullish, prices will go up, and vice versa.
Looking at our current projections, the latest update shows a bearish revision to our storage forecast.
This is because mother nature over the weekend trended bearishly losing cooling degree days.
