(Update) US Crude Storage Outlook - Small Draw

For the week ending Nov 29, we have a small crude draw of 0.85 million bbls. This week's crude draw is less than normal because of the recent drop in refinery throughput. As we will explain below, total liquids should see a sizable draw.
