For the week ending Jan 13, we have a crude draw of 1.52 million bbls. Last week's huge build was an anomaly as the refinery throughput outage far outweighed the production drop. For our estimate to be correct this week, it is contingent on the fact that US refinery throughput has recovered back to 15.5 million b/d.
