US Crude Storage Outlook - Commercial Crude Balance Won't Build Too Much

For the week ending Sept 16, we have a build of 2.02 million bbls. This includes the SPR release of 6.9 million bbls. The crude build this week is much smaller than expected due to elevated crude exports and a drop in crude imports.
